It’s Official…

Those of you who have been with us from the beginning know that we are partial to a spot of self-praise. But that was completely unnecessary this weekend when we did the daily Twitter log – on and had a tweet from @PaulMacca to say we were in Stella Magazine, the womens supplement in the Sunday Telegraph.
On closer inspection, Fanny Moizant of Vestiaire Collective  (ex Dior, Galliano) had named us of one of her ‘secret addresses’ in her little black book and (I quote) ‘the best cupcakes in the north’

You heard it here first, maybe we’ll post some down to her!

We are over the moon to announce the launch of our outside catering company, ‘Fancie on Wheels’.

We will be bringing you the best of Fancie, wherever you are; at work for a board meeting, at home for a dinner party or at your chosen venue for your wedding!

Full time baker:
We are looking for a full time, experienced early morning baker to join our team.
Starting at 5am, you will bake off all lines in preparation for our team of finishers and confectioners.
This is a full time, permanent position for the right candidate.
In return for your hard work and dedication you will receive a fair salary and Fancie benefits package.

Full time Chef de Partie
We are looking to recruit an experienced and passionate CDP to join our kitchen team.
Experience is preferred but passion and dedication are an absolute must.
This is a permanent position for  the right candidate.
